It’s the time of the year that I usually study where I’m standing business wise and where I should be heading.
This made me readjust some strategies.
To make this process easy I used a program called Mindjet Mindmanager. As the name indicates it’s a mind mapping software program.
I found it very useful for the process I mentioned. After finishing my new business map, I printed it and laminated it. It’s on my desk as a constant reminder of where I am heading.
